To the question: “What problems are all companies struggling with equally in their corporate organization? “Years ago, my co-founder and CTO Daniel Vöckler and I had only one answer: work processes.

We have known each other for years and have worked in very different areas. But from one point on, we were certain that we could take a big step together.

Because the idea that work processes can be better organized, regardless of industry and company size, has not let go of us. We know that it's better, easier and faster. Today, we can present you the solution, a real innovation: our Flowers software. We set out with our team to achieve something big: ALL companies can reach the next level of business organization. We help our customers simplify their processes, make them faster and save money in the process.

Give me 5 minutes of your time and read what makes our tool special and how it also makes your work processes faster and easier.

We come from different directions but we all had the same starting point

No matter which industry or sector you come from, no matter how big your company is, you have certainly had the same experience as we did. What always goes wrong, where there are always problems in the system, are the work flows and processes. It doesn't matter which workflow we look at, the same mistakes happen with all of them. And there are similar solutions for all mistakes.

Some companies create complicated Excel spreadsheets, others have immense email mailing lists, and some even have an 8-eye principle. The use of various tools appropriate to the situation is often also a way out. But this is often the next stumbling block: These applications must be set up, everyone involved must learn how to use the tools and, often enough, their use defragments the system landscape and increases complexity.

At the same time, the complexity of work in general is increasing: digitization, new agile methods, changing customer interactions. This list can be continued indefinitely.

But that made it clear to us that what was really missing is an organizational unit that connects and simplifies everything. That was the birth of Flowers software — and the new OMS software category: Organizational Management Software.

We go one step further — for you!

Our Flowers software goes one step further, it offers a completely new approach. It simplifies the complex world of business organization: through fast, flexible and, above all, automated, recurring work processes.

Flowers makes work processes so easy for all users that they enjoy using the software. Our software enables one thing in particular: It represents the logic behind the processes of the respective company. Because even though all companies are struggling with problems in their work processes, the logic must be adapted for each company. That is exactly what Flowers can do.

We have developed a workflow builder that represents the template. Let's set it up once and consider the various paths that a process can take during a process. The template virtually creates a process platform in the company that manages all processes, in all teams, in all organizational areas - and that without a single line of code.

Our customers use this one template for every single process in their company - adapted to the respective process.

Once these work processes have been defined, the software guides everyone in the company through the process steps. This means that our users finally have software that adapts to their processes. A tool displays everything correctly and is understandable for everyone. This enables all users to do their work easily, error-free and on time.

We are also solving another problem with many other tools: Flowers always remains up to date. When something changes in a workflow, the template is adapted — by the customer himself. With this step, all other workflows based on this template have already been updated.

This means that our customers then have one process per topic, and everything is included there. From responsibilities to documents, from processes to emails, everyone involved will find what they need here.

This applies to all recurring work processes, to every sector and to every size of company. We started with invoice approval, but today Flowers can do a lot more. We have small and larger customers, from raw milk cheese makers, which have to issue organic certificates, to real estate companies that have to allocate certain expenses to utility bills.

I would like to emphasize one thing: Of course, we are not replacing every tool. If another specialized tool is required in the process chain, we connect it. So a task for our Flowers software can be: Go into a specific tool and do something. Or Flowers pulls data from another tool and uses it. Today, there are already over 5,200 API integrations.

With Flowers, we have created a basic innovation - with its unique approach, it has the potential to change the corporate world.

Simple and secure processes — the future for every company

Do new tools and their implementation sound complicated? Not with Flowers and not for our customers, on the contrary, it makes their working life much easier. Because now everyone in their area has a maximum overview, including department heads and managing directors of the entire company.

Our front-end is so easy to use that all users can work together effortlessly. No digital expert level is required, no programming skills are required — and everyone likes to use it.

Let me explain it using what I think is a very impressive example, the navigation system.

Many companies today still work figuratively without a navigation system, i.e. with paper maps. You have to find a complicated way. But let's be honest: No one is doing that anymore, and rightly so. The navigation system was - in its time - a resounding innovation. And Flowers is that for corporate organizations today: The innovation that everyone wants and will use to simplify their processes.

The road network represents the processes. You don't have to think twice about that. For every process, you know right away: It's done, that's where we want to go, it still needs 10 “stations” to the end result, and probably within the set time. And Flowers recognizes when the goal cannot be achieved in time. Tasks are then rearranged so that at least the most important work steps can be completed. Flowers finds another way to the right end result.

Flowers works with real-time data. The software has already worked through over 20,000 workflows. She knows where the tripping hazards can be. Flowers has learned at what times, under which conditions problems can arise and how they can be avoided.

But our users don't see anything about this real-time data management; it happens in the background. Because in the foreground, Flowers is a tool that everyone in the company likes to use. It makes work faster. For our customers, routine tasks are now carried out almost by themselves, as they are supported by automation.

There is another parallel to the navigation system: Flowers has a strong focus on usability and offers a smart interface. It is not loaded with buttons, buttons and selection options over time like other systems. We don't want our software to have hundreds of buttons and every user actually only uses very few of them.

But Flowers can do even more: It is a creative tool, it continues to evolve. We're seeing this more and more often with our customers, who use our flexible features for things we could never have imagined. It is incredibly beautiful to look at — a software-architectural symphony. That confirms our path.

When do you start the turbo booster for your workflows?

I saved the best for last. Let's talk about the price.

Flowers is volume-based. We offer this unique approach not for horrendous sums of money, but tailored precisely to the company. Our customers pay according to their actual needs and consumption. This makes Flowers affordable for everyone. And grows with the company.
